When will my order arrive?+
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch. Your dispatch email carries the tracking link.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
If your order hasn't been packed yet, we can usually change it. Message us with your order number as soon as you can and we'll do our best.
Something arrived damaged or wrong+
Send us your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund it — you won't pay return postage for our mistake.
