Furbabyshop exists because most pet accessories are either ugly or useless: a lead that burns your hand, a bed that flattens in a month, a toy opened and gutted in nine minutes. We stock the opposite — a short list of gear that has been walked in, slept on, chewed and washed before it ever reaches this site.
How we test
Every item goes home with someone on the team. It gets a week of real walks, real naps and at least one animal determined to destroy it. Buckles are pulled, seams are stretched, and everything goes through the machine twice.
What fails comes off the list. What survives gets a place in one of our four rituals — the walk, the nap, the bowl or the chew — and a weight band instead of a vague size chart.
How we ship
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days and sent with tracking. You get a confirmation the moment you pay, and another when your parcel leaves us — both with the details you need.
If something goes wrong — a delay, the wrong size, a parcel that arrived chewed by the courier — a real person answers. Refunds and exchanges are handled by us, not a bot.
